Education and Experience: Mike graduated with distinction from Washington State University in 1966 (Member, Phi Beta Kappa) and University Washington Law School in 1969 (Member, Phi Delta Phi). He has been engaged in the private practice of law with the firm since 1969. His practice focuses on:

• Assisting clients in forming and maintaining business entities (e.g. corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies) and preparing related agreements;
• Assisting clients in real estate transactions, including preparing a wide variety of real estate estate documents;
• Closing real estate and loan transactions for sellers and lenders;
• Providing estate planning services, including preparing estate planning documents;
• Providing probate services to personal representatives in settling estates of deceased persons; and
• Offering commercial loan and collection services.

Affiliations: Mike is a member of the Yakima County Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
