Finney, Falk, & Naught, PLLP traces its roots back to the firm of Walters & Whitaker which was first established in 1961. Michael D. Finney joined the firm in 1969 following graduation from law school, and Joe Falk joined the firm in 1973 following six years of service in the U.S. Air Force, JAGC. Following the retirement of Chalmer G. Walters and Ronald F. Whitaker as members of the firm, and Kevin S. Naught joined the firm in 2002.

Over the history of our firm since its inception in 1961, it has consistently stressed the importance of high quality legal services to its clients for a fair fee. In doing so, it has developed an excellent reputation within Yakima County and Central Washington for providing quality services. Our firm enjoys a Martindale-Hubbell® peer review rating of "A" for ethical standards and legal ability.
